As the artist, I maintain all rights to my works, including publishing the works on my socials and adding it to my portfolio. If by any reason you would like me to refrain from posting the piece, please let me know in advance.

Commissions are only accepted through PayPal in EURO or USD.

I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations. The only exception is if I determine that I am unable to complete the commission, in which case I will issue a refund at my discretion.

Payment plans: I allow payment plans upon request, as long as the commission is +200€. Example: 200€; 100€ upfront, the rest after the sketch has been sent. I will not continue working until I receive the second part of the payment. If more than two weeks have passed since the first payment, I reserve the right to cancel the commission.

By ordering a commission from me, you acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator, and therefore there will be no shipping of physical goods.

Any edits are allowed during the sketch phase. Once the draft is approved I may start working on the artwork to completion. Edits made afterward may be subject to an additional fee.

I strictly prohibit usage of my work for AI learning. My illustrations, whether pre-existing, commissioned, or future cannot be processed through AI or minted into an NFT.

Personal use of the commission is allowed.

Commercial use must be discussed upfront. You can do this even after some time has passed since you got the commission.

Any commercial use adds a one-time fee of 100% of the total price.

For merchandise artwork the one-time fee is 200% of the total price.
